Ingredients

It's necessary:
300 g Ground Plasma
125 g butter
50 g of sugar

Phil:
1 kg of cream cheese
400 g of pumpkin puree
150 g of sugar
4 eggs
30 g flour
5 g of cinnamon

Preparation

1 Put Ground Plasma in a bowl, mix powdered sugar and mix the mixture. Then add the previously dissolved butter to this mixture and continue stirring until smooth.

2 Transfer the crust mixture into a round mold 26 cm in diameter. Hand shape the crust nicely and let stand for 10-15 minutes in the freezer.

3 Add cream cheese and sugar to the torture bowl. Mix the mixture with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add one egg at a time and stir constantly.

4 Then we add the previously prepared pumpkin puree and continue torturing.

5 We reduce the speed of torture and add flour and cinnamon. Let us continue with the torture until everything comes together nicely.

6 Pour the fillet into a mold and flatten the surface with a spatula.

7 Bake in preheated oven at 160C for about 70-80 minutes.

8 Allow the cheesecake to cool well and decorate the caramel sauce and cinnamon as desired.
