Ingredients

It's necessary:

12 pieces of finished crust for pies and jerky
2 eggs
some salt
50 ml of oil
150 ml of acidic water
130 g of fine cheese
1/2 bag of baking powder
a little sesame to spread

Preparation

1 Whisk eggs, add sour water, in a bowl, baking powder and salt. To mix. Add half the cheese. Divide the rest of the cheese into two parts. Make 2 rolls of 6 bits each.

2 Lubricate the first 5 crust with a prepared fillet, stack one over the other. Grease 6 crust with a roll and sprinkle with half of the cheese residue.

3 Repeat the procedure with the remaining crust. Roll the rolls and cut them into larger pieces.

4 Stack in a greased pan. Coat with the rest of the fillet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5 Bake at 200 C until they turn yellow.

6 Serve hot rolls with yogurt, sour milk or sour cream! Pleasant!
