Ingredients


For bark:
4 larger bananas
60 ml of oil
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1/2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
200 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

For fil:
900 g unsalted cream cheese
100 g of sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar
250 ml of milk
1 bag of gelatin

Preparation

1 Crush the bananas with a fork, then add the oil, egg and whisk until the mixture is well combined.

2 Add sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk until the sugar is nicely dissolved.

3 Sift flour and gradually add together with baking powder and baking soda.

4 Finally add a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a round mold that removes the page. Bake in an already preheated oven at 160 C for about 30-40 minutes.

5 Pour the unsalted cream cheese into a whisk, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the mixture slowly with a mixer.

6 Add some gelatin in a little milk and allow it to swell for 5-10 minutes. When the gelatin is swollen, add it to the remaining milk.

7 The milk is then gradually added to the cream cheese mixture and stirred with a mixer until the mixture is combined.

8 Pour the fillet over the baked and cooled crust. Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours to cool the mixture.

9 Remove the hoop from the mold. Cut the cooled cake and decorate with cinnamon and banana rings. Enjoy the wonderful taste.
