Recipe for the home version of the bun set

And the preparation is quite simple, of course, if you have all four basic ingredients - bun, egg, old cream and melted.

Without any of these ingredients, this dish simply cannot be called a set of buns, and the biggest problem could be overcooking - "meat juice" that remains after roasting pork or lamb. It can supposedly be bought in some bakeries, and if you have started making a set of buns, you probably have some "urine" left from the previous day. It will serve.

You choose the old cream, and you can buy the bun, or you can make it yourself . And here is the original recipe for a set of buns - depending on how many people you are preparing for, how many buns you will need, the amount of other ingredients and the way of filling is repeated.

Ingredients:

1 bun

2 tablespoons cream

1 egg

1 incomplete ladle (or can)

Preparation:

Cut the bun so that the upper part is a little smaller as it will serve as a cover. Spread cream on the larger lower part of the bun and pour over the beaten egg (if necessary, remove a little dough from the middle). Just dip the "lid" a little, put it in the tray next to the bun and put everything in the oven heated to 220-250 degrees. Bake for 5-10 minutes, so that the middle is baked, but not too much. Immediately pour melted melt over the baked bun and cover with the upper part of the bun.

A set of buns is usually eaten for breakfast and served with sour milk or yogurt, and some newer variants include prosciutto leaves and tomato salad.
