Ingredients needed:

onion - 4 heads
with - 1 tsp
olive oil - 4 tbsp
oregano - 4 pinches
garlic powder - 4 pinches
pepper - 4 pinches
rosemary - a few leaves

Preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Wash with cold water and place each head on a sheet of aluminum foil .

Cut each head into four parts , do not go all the way. Then make a few more slits.

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over each onion and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder or flakes and a pinch of oregano.

Put a few oregano leaves in each head .

Fold the aluminum foil into a packet and place the onion packed in this way in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes .

Serve as a side dish to a main course with meat or fish.
